How It Works
This is a personalized program based on your individual needs. There are two components:
1. Flexible dieting that is sustainable.
Macros are a way of balancing your diet intake based on macronutrients to help you lose weight and build muscle.
Macros allow your food intake to be uniquely tailored based on your needs and goals so they are a perfect fit for you.
I will teach you to choose foods based on your needs, experience, body type, and goals. My method of coaching focuses heavily on teaching you to fuel your body for long-term success, rather than starving it.
2. Workouts that raise your metabolism for up to 48 hours.
I provide a mix of cardio and resistance training, using bodyweight and dumbbells. You can do these at home or in the gym.
This program ignites your metabolism, reduces body fat, and builds lean muscle as you move between intervals of cardio and strength moves.
This type of workout sequence also keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours after your workout has ended.
Sets You Up for Success–and Provides Support
I will set you up for success at the beginning of each week with an outline and goals for the week. Throughout the week I will also send recipes, tips, and daily info to build an educational base for you to make these lifestyle changes permanent.
At week 2 you will also receive a check-in form to complete and send back for review and I can make needed adjustments.
You’ll access the video workouts through an app. You’ll have access to variations for higher and lower impact workouts.
I will also go live biweekly in the private Facebook group for Q&A and to provide further guidance and support.
In case you miss an email, you’ll have links, outlines, and recipes I shared in the emails all in one hub to review at any time.

I am, Andrea Allen, CEO of Deliciously Fit ‘N Healthy. I have been featured on Good Morning, America, People Magazine, and recently on The Drs for my work with helping pregnant and postpartum mothers and beyond get their body, strength, and confidence back. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years as a maternity health coach and certified personal trainer.
I believe health and fitness success begins with positivity and small steps to bigger changes. I am an expert in Diastasis Recti, a common post-baby issue. I work out in the comfort of my own home, and my programs are designed so you can work out in the comfort of your own home, too.
