Andrea has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. She is a certified personal trainer with an emphasis on all things mom, such as pregnancy, postpartum and years beyond. As featured on Good Morning America and People magazine, she believes health and fitness success begins with positivity and small steps to bigger changes. She is an expert in Diastasis Recti, which is a common post-baby issue. She is known for working out in the comforts of her own home and you can too.
Liz Jones | PojoFitness
Liz Jones been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She owns a fitness company- POJO Fitness where she does online training, macro coaching and holds local Arizona POWER Camps. Liz holds a BS in Health Science, is AFAA Group Fitness certified and holds various specialty certifications. She is a mom to three kids and a twin mom and has been married for 13 years. She has a huge passion for fitness and loves creating fun, challenging workouts to help others build healthy lasting habits.
Teresa Auva’a | intensiT Dance Fitness
Teresa, the T in intensiT, is a professionally trained dancer, choreographer and AFAA fitness professional since 2004. Connecting people through intentional movement set to incredible music is one of her greatest passions. Leading and teaching others how to do the same is her calling. Every opportunity to teach has made creating intensiT dance fitness possible. Teresa is a wife, mother of 3 and business owner originally from Utah and currently residing in Arizona.
McKinzi Hall | Power Core Plus
Kinzi Hall grow up in a family owned dance studio and started teaching when she was 12 years old. In 2016 my sisters and I opened Power Core Plus in Mesa, AZ. We love working out together and wanted to build a place that everyone felt like they were family. We all three love different styles and types of workouts wanted to create a place that you could go and get a huge variety of styles and classes. I am very passionate about empowering women to take time every day to do something for yourself!
Angie Ward | Fitness Trainer
Angie has been teaching fitness classes for nearly 25 years. She is currently certified with AFAA, Les Mills, Beachbody, and Peak Pilates. Angie holds a Bachelors degree in Health Education, as well as numerous signature format certifications through Life Time. She is a group fitness ambassador with Life Time and teaches multiple classes a week in Barbell Strength, Kettlebell, Gluteus Maxout, Xtreme and Upper Rx. Angie is a mom to 5 busy kids and knows how tough it is to “fit in fitness”!
